Not sure who thought of this date “Monday, January 9, 2012” to launch a congressional campaign; but I would fire that person immediately. This is why the Republicans have failed to win the 1^st.  district “House of Representatives” seat in Connecticut. You have the New Hampshire Presidential Primaries the following morning: Come-on guys think some will you!

I checked his website: http://www.mikemcdonaldforcongress2012.com/ wasn’t working; a blank screen. Maybe the CT GOP did this for free which would explain its ineffectiveness. Let’s help Mike get a working website.

I like the fact he thinks he can compete with the most important “Republican Presidential Primary in the history of America” for news coverage; but do not forget New Hampshire is Connecticut’s primary and where the Republicans in Connecticut go to voice, who they want for their nominee for President. 

A likeable and capable candidate, Mike will need some fresh campaign strategy that works to get him to D.C.
